Functions intrinsic to Sensée HomeAgent/Agent roles

Sensée regards the functions below as being intrinsic to all its HomeAgent/Agent roles regardless of the client or account they are dedicated to:

• Sustained use of keyboard, mouse and other equipment requiring manual dexterity and physical coordination
• Sustained time at desk and seated (with appropriate breaks of course!)
• Sustained viewing of VDU (again with appropriate breaks)
• Sustained talking and listening to customers
• Back to back efficient and timely call handling (or email or chat handling)
• Meeting standards (Key Performance Indicators) and retain information
• Self-Management (such as booking your own hours in accordance with guidelines and mandatory shifts, and managing your workload)
• Concentration on complex tasks – understanding and learning, perception of risk, sound judgement.
• Dealing with complaints and similar potentially stressful situations
• Working a varying work pattern – you will work intraday shifts which may differ from day to day

Your responses and any additional information provided will enable Sensée to assess whether any adjustments can be made to help eliminate or reduce any substantial disadvantage that you may encounter or suffer as a result of you not being able to perform (either fully or at all) the above functions. Sensée may then engage in a further discussion with you whether adjustments can be made and if so, what those adjustments might be
